- B.S./Master/Ph.D of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Good English communication skills.
- Minimum 6 years software development or support experience in computing and networking.
- Experience to include use of C, C++, and scripting languages (bash, Perl, Python), and using Operating Systems Internals (Linux/Windows).
- Supporting experience on virtualization technology like KVM, VMWare, XEN, OVS.
- Supporting experience on DPDK applications.
- SDN( Software Define Network ) experience.
- Web2.0 customer application debug and tuning experience.
- Experience on cloud (Open Stack) supporting or PoC.
- Experience on big data (Hadoop, Spark etc) supporting or PoC.
- Good knowledge of Ethernet L2, L3 and L4 layers is a plus
- Good knowledge of computer architecture and Linux OS
- Experience for testing programs and fault finding
- Experience for application performance tuning by analyzing and identifying areas for improvements
- Experience with kernel or driver SW design and debug is a plus
- Parallel computing application developing experience is a plus
- Hyper-scale Server Storage experience is a plus.
- In Memory Database experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project.
- Ability to handle and resolve critical customer issues/problems resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction
